The company was started in 2014 with the mission to eradicate the wastage of Paper Pamphlets and to give maximum benefit to advertisers by offering them Guaranteed Exposure.

This system has been successfully implemented across major corporates and is successfully evolving. It all started with solving problem of wastage of Paper Pamphlets.

 

Phase 1 - Listing Problems & Challenges (2014)

Phase 2 - Introduction of Leads Management System (2017)

 

After Implementing pamphlet system across all major industries, advertisers started experiencing massive number of inquiries through multiple platforms. Most of them were unable to manage it manually and hence demanded an automated inquiry management system to get all the leads data at one place.

 

 

Solution

 

On Advertisers request, Adviuz introduced its second product that is WhatsApp Enabled Lead Management system that allows advertiser to not only get all leads at one place but also empowered them total sales forecast system along with one-touch WhatsApp connect feature which allow them to get in touch with leads in just one click without adding their numbers.

 

 

 

Phase 3 - Lead Management on Mobile (2020)

 

After implementing this system, most of the small scale advertiser reported an unusual problem. The problem was with trained employees leaving their organization and advertiser have to train new employees again from scratch. This led them to demand a system that anyone with basic computer knowledge can use it with no special training required.

 

Solution

 

We introduced Adviuz Sales Booster app which runs on web as well as on Mobile which scroll based UI & UX just like Instagram which lead advertiser to manage leads, see reports right from their mobile on the go and helped them scaling conversions.

 

 

 

Phase 4 - Introduction of Sales outsourcing via Sales Support Center (2023)

Since managing follow-up is biggest challenge in sales industry therefore another problem comes in pictures when some advertiser reports that they need a managed solution on Database Management with the goal to generate sales.

 

Solution

 

This feedback pushed the company to Introduce fourth product that is Sales Support Center in which Advertiser can outsource Adviuz sales center experts for his company to manage his follow-up and leads database. This system will help advertisers in generating footfalls, sign-ups, online demo's and more as decided between the company and advertiser.

Phase 5 - Introduction of  AI Sales Engine (2025)
